Two city transit buses were picking up food instead of passengers on December 18th.
The buses exchanged their regular routes for parking spots in front of the Co-op in The Centre Mall on Eighth Street for ROCK 102's Stuff the Bus for the Saskatoon Food Bank.
ROCK 102 broadcasted live for 12 hours and encouraged people to bring food donations to fill up both buses. Over 15,000 pounds of food was collected.
The annual event also raised $46,624 which was matched by PotashCorp.
