HUNDREDS OF LESS FORTUNATE SASKATOON CHILDREN WILL RECEIVE COATS!
SASKATOON – “With winter upon us, many children need warm coats, toques and mittens and this is an expense many families cannot afford,” Sandi Meldrum, Executive Director for Care & Share tells us, “With the help of Rock 102, Impact Diesel Performance, the U of S Huskies and the great people in Saskatoon, hundreds of children will receive something many take for granted.” Hundreds of coats and warm winter accessories were donated to the Rock 102 Coats for Kids Campaign this year. They will all be donated to Saskatoon’s inner city schools through Care and Share Saskatoon. Care & Share works to provide opportunities in sports, enhance the school experience, and provide basic necessities for children in inner city schools in Saskatoon.
